Braveheart

In addition to my work as a member of the band Sabine Valley over the past six years, I have also spent considerable time in the studio working with other local musicians to capture their musical creations and sometimes playing accompanying musical parts on drums, bass, guitar, or keyboard/synthesizer. This work inspired me to embark on a solo initiative to write and perform all instruments and vocals, as well as mix and master each track myself. My first single performing as Braveheart--"You Wanted To"--is the product of that work.

Sabine Valley

In 2016, some friends and I started a band and began composing and writing original material together. We booked our first gig at Vino's in Little Rock, and Sabine Valley was born. Click one of the links below to check out our music.

Verses

In late 2018 Lenny Bryan who, along with his brother Rod, formed the band Ho-Hum in the mid-nineties going on to tour extensively and release ten albums, invited Sabine Valley to be part of his latest musical endeavor, an online program entitled "Verses." Similar to the cooking competition "Chopped" in the culinary world, Verses would be a competition between two musical artists who are tasked with writing an original song that must include specific musical elements. Sabine Valley would compete with another Arkansas band of seasoned musicians, Jeff Coleman and the Feeders, in the pilot episode.

Skreaming Skeletons

This year I met fellow musician and Central High School Student Finn Camden, aka Skreaming Skeletons. It has been my pleasure to work with him, mastering his recordings and performing live (drums).

My friend and schoolmate, Isaac Coates aka Mr. Stegosaurus, is a hip-hop artist with whom I have also collaborated.

Ellen Brady

My friend and schoolmate through both middle school and high school, Ellen Brady, is an incredible singer/songwriter.

My Video Game (Demo)

This is a short demo video of a platforming game I've been working on that contains my friends as the characters (it's meant to be a gift for them to play once I'm finished). It's quite goofy, but it's fun. It's being developed in Game Maker Studio 2. (Audio quality may not be perfect, it's the best video I could upload).

I plan on making all sorts of fun covers and posting them to my YouTube, but this is the one I posted most recently where I'm covering "Selfless" by The Strokes on a brand new, extremely expressive electronic instrument/midi controller called the Glide that I've been learning how to play.
